Edible seaweed and kombu
Our seaweed range covers laver, wakame, hijiki and kombu in whole-leaf, cut and flake formats for restaurants, retail brands and snack makers. Kombu is graded by thickness, width and color, and we can test iodine and heavy metals against your market’s limits before shipment.
Raw materials for collagen, gelatin and calcium processors
Fish skin, scales and bone from established processing plants are the starting point for marine collagen peptides, fish gelatin and fish-bone calcium. We supply these streams frozen or dried, with species declared, and with the freshness, fat, foreign-matter and moisture parameters agreed with your technical team before contract.
Every consignment is designated either for food use or for non-food industrial use according to the status of the source facility and the rules of the destination. That designation is stated on the contract and on the shipping documents, never assumed.
Specifications, testing and responsibility
Independent laboratory testing can be arranged for protein, ash, moisture, microbiology and heavy metals. The permitted uses and any claims for finished ingredients made from our raw materials remain the responsibility of the processor under the regulations of their market. We are glad to provide the supply-chain documentation that supports your own approvals.

FAQ
Marine Ingredients: buyer questions
Can’t find your answer? Speak with an export specialist.
Is your fish collagen raw material food grade?
It depends on the source facility and destination rules. Food-grade raw materials come from facilities approved for food production and are shipped with the corresponding health documentation. Non-food streams are clearly designated as such. The designation is agreed before contract.
Which fish species do your collagen raw materials come from?
Common species include tilapia, pangasius and whitefish such as cod and pollock, depending on origin. Species is declared on every offer, and single-species supply can be arranged for processors who need it.
Do you supply finished collagen peptides or gelatin?
Our focus is the raw material. For buyers who need finished ingredients we can discuss sourcing options case by case. Speak with an export specialist about your requirements.
Can you supply on a contract basis?
Yes. Processors usually prefer quarterly or annual contracts with agreed specifications and shipment schedules, which also helps us allocate raw material from partner plants in advance.
